Prosecutor's Office determined that the Améstica brothers were responsible for the murder of Canserbero

After the hard work of the Public Ministry and the country's criminal investigation bodies, it was determined that the Venezuelan rapper Tirone González, better known as Canserbero, was murdered and did not perish in an act of homicide - suicide as he wanted to show at the time, reported the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab.

During a press conference held this Tuesday, he explained that the brothers Natalia and Guillermo Améstica are the material and intellectual responsible for the murder of the rapper and Carlos Molnar.

“From Natalia's statement I want to highlight the following. She executes the murders out of resentment and a lot of hatred for both of them. She murders her partner with whom she lived for 10 years, Carlos Molnar, because according to her he decided not to pay her the money invested in the tour they had just done during December 2014 in Argentina and Chile, and to Canserbero because he always maintained an indifferent attitude towards her, of not returning her greetings and of not wanting to be her friend. This reveals the mind of a person overcome by crime, hatred and envy,” he said.

In this regard, he explained that the Améstics brothers will be charged with the commission of the crimes of homicide qualified for futile reasons and with malevolence capable of co-authorship; association to commit crimes to the detriment of the deceased Tirone González and Carlos Molnar.

“Today, Tuesday 26th, the Special Hearing is being held before the Second Control Court of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, under the assumption of the Complaint, as established in article 40 of the Organic Code of Criminal Procedure,” he stressed.

In addition, Saab, supported by the confession of the murderers, revealed that police officers participated in the cover-up of this fact, who altered the scene of the event in exchange for receiving significant sums of money.
