The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, visited the town of Manuel Monge in Yaracuy state this Thursday, July 18, from where he announced that he will do his best to build a university on the land where that entity's Armed Forces Theater of Operations used to operate.

“I will do what I have to do to find the resources so that the university here has it where that macabre Theater of Operations operated and what was a space of death will now be one of life, study and training,” he said.

He explained that this is a proposal for a university project that will be submitted to the head of state, Nicolás Maduro.

“In those spaces of death where men, young people, women, students and peasants were murdered, may the tree of peace, freedom, solidarity and love flourish in Revolution (...) And that can only be done by the Bolivarian Revolution,” he explained.
