With flags raised, bugles and physical activities, the men and women of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) recalled the legacy of the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez Frías.
This was stated through his social networks by the Strategic Operational Commander (CEO) of the FANB, G/J Domingo Hernández Lárez, who stressed that 12 years after the physical departure of the Supreme Commander, his legacy remains present in the consciousness of the FANB and the People.
