The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) is characterized by having a well-structured electoral machinery, as shown on its website, this structure has objectives, guidelines and functions, in which they detail the elaboration of a Political-Electoral Map that facilitates the tasks of identification, location and contact with all the voters of certain voting center.
This planning makes it possible to design the political strategy
for the organization, participation
and mobilization of voters in campaign activities, as well as in the voting ceremony. During the time established for the electoral campaign, at least
one electoral simulation is carried out to refine details and ensure the
effective participation of the electorate.
The Chavista government model
has been based on a formula that feeds its electoral machinery and motivates
citizens, with joyful campaigns that promote national unity for the
same purpose, as experts explained to the newspaper La Voz de América, which does not agree with the idea at all.
Other specialists explain that the “1x10”
strategy of the Chavista government is effective, and in this regard, the first vice-president of the PSUV,
Diosdado Cabello Rondón, has emphasized on several occasions that the registration of the
1x10x7 makes it possible to organize all the revolutionary forces in the face of the electoral processes carried out in our country.
Cabello said, at the most recent press conference of his party, that President Nicolás Maduro has
given us a mission, which is nothing more than to order all the forces that allow us to have our feet
firmly established, solidly built towards the electoral victory of Chavism.
He also confirmed that it is necessary not to fall into improvisations and “not to
leave things to chance or to chance, no, this must be planned and it is a
victory that must be built to be perfect, to be overwhelming,
splendid, extraordinary and to guarantee peace in Venezuela.
