Mexican YouTuber
Luisito Comunicina was arrested in the Dominican Republic for making recordings
on the Santo Domingo Metro without permission from local authorities.
The arrest of the influencer,
who more than once has been linked to controversies, especially for
violating rules abroad, went viral on social networks through
several videos released by users, in which he can be seen when three
police officers take him away.
According to the
rules of the Santo Domingo Metro, users cannot record, take photos or
carry horns, nor can they preach or do anything that alters the order of
passengers. To record or take photographs, permission must be requested from the
authorities, which must be shown to any employee of the transport entity who requests it.
In a statement,
the Office for Transportation Reorganization (OPRET) explained that the influencer
did not have the necessary permissions to make recordings at the facilities.
“Luisito Comunica
was at the Santo Domingo Metro facilities yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, September
10, with some companions. During their visit, they were
recording, but they did not have the necessary permissions to
record at the facilities, as required by our
security regulations,” the document states.
The
content creator was released in a few hours and they continued their normal activities
in the Caribbean country. The fact with Luisito raises a question: What would have happened
if it happened in Venezuela?
