This Tuesday, November 26, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, led the red awning press conference to detail the agenda of activities that will take place in the country to say goodbye to the current month and welcome the month of December.

In this regard, he explained that the agenda that starts on November 27 will be carried out as follows:

  • We are going to commemorate the 32nd anniversary of the Civic-Military Rebellion of November 27 with activities in the states of Aragua, Carabobo and here in Caracas in Simón Bolívar Park in La Carlota.
  • The central event will be the commemoration for Aviation Day, “all within the framework of the celebration of the end of November and the beginning of December”.
  •  The call is for all Venezuelans to commemorate these dates in peace and also celebrate the arrival of 2025, which will be a year to consolidate everything that has been worked on, such as the Plan of the Seven Ts. NETS.
  • “Four months after the Popular Victory of July 28 and the stoppage we gave to fascism here in Venezuela and in America; we put the handbrake on it here in Venezuela, they couldn't realize their plans and that's why we're calling for a great Popular Cantata all over Venezuela.”
  • “We are using the same format to remember those days (...) in all the Bolivar Squares with a great cantata for life and for peace”.

  • On the first of December, the celebration begins with the Masses of Aguinaldo's. “Starting at 6 in the morning in the churches or wherever the activities take place, the people must be with their joy”.
  • At 10 in the morning the Christmas cultural shooting of Caracas begins, from the wall of Petare to the statue of José Martí in C Hacaito
  • “On December 1, this is going to be an extraordinary thing that we are going to do in the capitals of all of Venezuela (...) A Great Caravan with troupes, with parties, sound, trucks, cultural expressions from different states.”
  • “To do something like a troupe, to come from the wall of Petare to the statue of José Martí here all along Francisco de Miranda Avenue. That's going to be a beauty. Let's imagine the trucks, the motorized vehicles, the stilts, the upstairs musical groups, the trucks, the music, the joy”.
  • The Great Caravan will have stations along the avenue, “where people can stand and witness the passing of all cultural expressions. Culture takes over Caracas, because the Ministry of Culture accompanies us in this task to give it strength, the governorates, the mayors”.
  • The other route will be from Catia to the Miraflores Palace, with “sound trucks, the communities, the communal circuits, the communes, the communal councils coming down, the motorized people going around. Caracas filled with joy, zero bitterness, bitter people will have to see these expressions from afar, if you want to add up, they are welcome to let them know how to live with joy”.
  • Salsa will take over Caracas on December 1st, when an interpreter of this musical genre, Maelo Ruiz, will have two great concerts on January 23 and Petare.
  • “Starting at 6 in the afternoon he will be first in Petare and then on January 23. Maelo Ruiz will sing to the neighborhoods, salsa takes over the neighborhoods (...) With that concert, the bitter ones are going to hurt.”
  • “We are going to do this within the framework proposed by brother President Nicolás Maduro of the popular - military - police merger. So on Saturday, all the structures of the Vice-Presidency for Party Security and the Great Patriotic Pole are mobilized in every place that corresponds to it (...) We mobilize within the framework of joy and celebration”.

Cabello also highlighted that while sectors of the extreme right are bitter, revolutionaries and revolutionaries will be in the streets celebrating the arrival of Christmas in peace.

  • They no longer talk about July 28, “because their plan was never electoral, they have nothing to celebrate, because their plan was not electoral, it was violence; we do have reason to celebrate because our plan was electoral, to win the elections as it was done and wait until January 10, which is the day when our dear brother Nicolás Maduro is sworn in with the people”.
  • Let's get ready, let's enjoy ourselves, together with the people, with our people, on the street. This is the best expression of how Venezuela is doing.”
  • The center of Caracas is well maintained, clean, illuminated, there is joy, security, you can go out and enjoy it quietly with your family or alone, however you want.”
  • There will be nothing to tarnish the joy of Christmas (...) In addition to being free, we are determined to be cheerful, to be enthusiastic, that is not for anyone”.
  • “Our people have to be prepared, we celebrate but we prepare, and each of these activities must culminate in a great celebration, with sancocho, with music, after doing the exercise. To God begging and Con El Mazo Dando!”

Anniversary of the CICPC

He then moved to the National Theater where, as Vice President of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, he presided over the ceremony commemorating the 23rd Anniversary of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), highlighting the avant-garde role that this institution has played in the defense of peace in the country.

  • “Today, 23 years later, you can raise your hand and tell the world mission accomplished, but much remains to be done.”
  • be achieved and one is to continue to attract young people from our neighborhoods, from our communities to join the UNES (National Experimental Security University) and end up being detectives.”
  • “I had the opportunity to participate in the discussion and drafting of the law that creates the CICPC, because at that time I was the minister of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, and they were laws approved by the Enabling Law.”
  • “The objective was to create a body of research different from the body that existed before, “a body that had to do with the current Constitution, not with the Constitution of 61, in which Human Rights did not exist”.

  • “We are going to propose it: in 2025 gangs that run or climb up, but we are going to put an end to them, let those who are in those gangs know that whoever messes with a policeman is going to mess with everyone, whoever shoots a policeman shoots at the people and our police forces will be willing to face it.”
  • “To those who say that the train of I don't know what is allied with the government, I say: these gangs are going to carry sticks, we are not going to allow them to have life in this country, the peace of our young people and children is worth more than anything and if they get in the way they will find us.”

He also urged unity in the midst of this battle against the enemies of the Homeland who attempt to violate the security and peace of Venezuelans.

  • “I want to leave in you my word and my commitment to accompany you in all your work, in all your tasks, in all the battles you have to fight.”
  • “We don't care about the opinions of those who have no morals to judge Venezuela, and I ask that we always work as a team, the CICPC does not work alone, it must work with the Bolivarian National Police (PNB), with the SEBIN (Bolivarian National Intelligence Service), with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), together, united to face a common enemy; and The empire exists, it's bad, it's perverse, it hates us because we haven't knelt down, because they haven't been able to find a submissive president here in 25 years. Let's face it, this long journey must find us united so that future generations will have a homeland dreamed of by all.”

  • The whole of Venezuela is proud of the CICPC, which gives criminalism classes to anyone in the world.”
  • “Let those who come from the world come and we put them with Venezuelans and beat them in criminalism and in investigation.”
  • “2025 has to be a year to improve all the conditions of civil servants.”
  • “Whoever messes with one messes with everyone, and they write me down in everything please, it's an idea that I proposed to the President for the attention of our officials; real, effective attention, so that no one is going to get in the way due to lack of attention.”
