This Monday, May 20, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, stressed that the revolutionary forces are preparing and fine-tuning all their machinery to win a new victory on July 28
In this regard, he emphasized the organization of 1x10 and 5x5:
- “We started last Tuesday and the results so far are extraordinary, which makes us think that like at no other time we will have an organized structure to win elections.”
- The Campaign Command “is already in session, all the commissions; we have the 1X10, 5X5 machinery and the defense of the vote”.
- “We are preparing for the 5X5 machinery, PSUV, CLAP, Communes, Sovereignty, Great Patriotic Pole and Social Movements and Mission Bases, including.”
- The 1x10 devised by the revolutionary forces “is to guarantee peace in the territory, in every corner of Venezuela. Where there is a 1x10 of Chavism, we are going to win the elections, yes, but we are also going to guarantee the peace that is needed on every street, in every community, in every UBCH in our territory.”
- “We mobilized all over Venezuela, more than 250,000 people mobilized in very localized activities.”
- “It was a struggle, in quantity, in quality, in joy. We Chavistas marched embraced, happy, singing, partying. A march for the Chavistas is a party, we end up sweaty, but with a million spirits.”
- “Chavism has no confusion: Above and to the left, PSUV with Chávez and with Nicolás with a smile; those are, I have no doubts.”
- “Here there are going to be elections on July 28, we are doing the work with our structures, preparing for that event and for the Victory”
- “The Chavism candidate walks, marches, participates, listens, dances, sings with the musical ensembles; that is our candidate Nicolás Maduro, people from Pueblo, similar to us.”
- “The one who has eyes that sees and observes Brother Nicolás walking with the workers, with the youth, jumping, participating with the people.”
Also, with regard to the Venezuelan opposition and its candidate, he indicated:
- “Let's remember the story because six years ago they (the right) said they weren't going to elections because it was with that CNE (National Electoral Council), with that Electoral System (...) six years later the CNE is good, the system is good and now they do want to go to elections; that's the opposition we have in Venezuela that is not able to speak clearly to its own people and that is not capable of having a minimum of political coherence”.
- “They betray their own country, they called for the suspension of elections.”
- “They are the same people who six years ago said they weren't going to elections and now they're going to elections. They are the same people who will say on July 28: Fraud”.
- “They (the opposition) are going to say there has already been fraud... What's more, they're going to say: 'Tomorrow we pass the fraud test', 6 years will pass and they won't show a single one.”
- “The puppet (Edmundo González) is not getting rope, he doesn't turn on or push, it's a reality, it's not a lie. They wanted to wind it up but the device behind them broke.”
- This man (Edmundo González) is well aware of the role he is playing and it is a perverse plan against Venezuela, “they also know what they put in”.
- “That's their fault, they ride a puppet, a puppet and no one knows who he is, and they want to blame others (...) We don't have confusion, it's a very simple method, the thing is that they have a candidate that nobody knows about.”
- The strategy plagiarized by the opposition “is a disaster, almost no one has registered, to say the least, a disaster. We are happy with the results.”
- “If something happens with CITGO , beyond what has happened, all that is the fault of (Juan) Guaidó , Leopoldo López, Julio Borges , the (María) Machado , (Henrique) Capriles , (Carlos) Vecchio , (Henry Ramos) Allup, of those who were the ones who called for sanctions and persecution against our country.”
In the same way, he specified some outstanding debts that are owed to the People, referring to some laws such as the Law on the Supervision, Regularization, Action and Financing of Non-Governmental and Related Organizations and cases of justice such as that of Orlando Figuera:
- The supposed NGOs funded by the United States (USA) to overthrow the Bolivarian Government “are going to have to explain where the funds come from” and say how they spend them.
- “It is a historic debt that we owe to pass that law to bring things to the level (...) Those who are going to come out screaming are those who are receiving money from abroad, those are the first to scream, who also fall for the sake of foreign governments, because they have been giving them money for years with the story that they are going to overthrow the government and they haven't been able to overthrow it, we're going to help us gringos to make good use of that money and not be defrauded here in Venezuela”.
- “I think that, even, that case must be taken to the National Assembly (AN) and that from there a commission be sent to the Public Ministry, and that this investigation be reopened for the application of justice (...) that would be a tremendous case for it to be reopened, verified, to call all the actors involved who omitted justice, the masterminds who called on people to violence and the material authors and for justice to be applied in Venezuela.”
- “The lady, who was a prosecutor at the time, said that these images were manipulated and that is why she could not act to order the arrest of the murderers of the material authors and the intellectual authors, that it is very clear who they are, on the contrary, her level of cruelty was against Inés, a humble Venezuelan woman, Orlando's mother.”
On international issues, Cabello extended Venezuela's solidarity with the People of Iran for the unfortunate death of its president Ebrahim Raisi; he also referred to the arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu, requested by the International Criminal Court (ICC) and to the actions of the European Union (EU) with our country.
- “Our solidarity, affection and our heartfelt condolences to the People of Iran at this painful time.”
- It is important that investigations determine the causes of “this strange event”.
- “A few days before there had been an attack on the president of Slovakia, they attacked Russia politically, and you know that behind these things there is nothing casual. We regret these events and we accompany the people.”
- The ICC receives direct orders from the North American “they receive orders from the United States (USA), we have been watching that film for a long time, remember that Iván Duque was declared innocent and (Sebastián) Piñera before they were convicted”.
- “Nothing is going to happen, that's like a bad trailer for a movie, it has nothing to do with the original, no matter what I see they're judging, I'll believe it.”
- “When we see that man (Netanyahu) genocidal, imprisoned and prosecuted, we will begin to believe in the International Criminal Court.”
- “The EU is not synonymous with anything, that is a mafia, organized to carry out the orders given to them by the United States government.”
- “They have no morals to sanction any Venezuelan, the world's slavers are in the EU, the world's filibusters are in the EU, the wealth of the Peoples has been stolen.”
