This Friday, June 14, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, spearheaded the Launch of the 1x10x7 Electoral Machinery Registry for the organization of revolutionary forces for the presidential elections of July 28.

In that sense, during the press conference, he offered details about the registration of the 1x10x7 to build the victory of the Revolution.

• “The president has given us a mission (...) to organize all the forces that will allow us to have our feet firmly established, solidly built, on the way to the victory of July 28.”
• “The first step is to download the application (CC200) and with the QR it's quick. Where there is a connection, anyone can do it.”
• People who want to register their 1X10X7 and have connection problems or who don't handle the digital issue much, can go to the houses of the PSUV, the Social Movements and they will be helped.
  
• “We are going to deliver this video to movement leaders to be delivered by the groups. It's a very easy record, you enter the 1x10x7 and there you record the movements to which (...) papayita belongs”.
• The dynamics will be made daily reports to analyze the progress of 1x10x7. “For example, we get into a state and we appreciate, if in a state there are 12 municipalities and in 10 municipalities everything is fine and there are two that don't walk, we reinforce and we're going to do it in social movements anyway.”
• “After the registration comes the crosses; we will know, for example, when a person from a political party but is also in the CLAP, can be in both but that person will appear only once; so that we can inform President Maduro that 1x10x7 has so many registered, clearly there is no need to invent lists.”
  
• We are going to expand the 1X10 and consolidate the formula of one by 1X10X7 with the consolidation of the 7 lines of action: The PSUV; the CLAP; the force of Combatant Sovereignty for Peace; the Community Councils, Communes and Social Movements; Great Patriotic Pole; Indigenous Movements and Aboriginal people of Venezuela; and Missions, Great Missions and Mission Bases.
• You will allow us to go beyond Chavism, “a proposal that Commander (Hugo) Chávez always made (...) the Commander said so, it's not just the parties, because there are people who operate in communities that have nothing to do with the parties (...) and with this we are covering all the specters that lie ahead of us”.
• “This is a powerful machine, it is the greatest force that was born in this country to achieve elections, that's why Nicolás Maduro is going to win on July 28 and for a great advantage, but we are going to prepare for the show of the opposition sectors that have never recognized that they are minorities in this country.”
• “Beyond 2030! The year 2050 marks the 300th anniversary of one of the greatest Francisco de Miranda, and 2054 marks the 100th anniversary for us the greatest, Hugo Chávez.”
• “There are millions of attacks, and so far we have overcome that gale of attacks and I am almost certain that we will continue to overcome it.”
• “If the opponents start to invent and register, we are going to annoy and convince them. We're going to send you a message: You've never voted, welcome.”
• “This is a great muscle, we can send messages, audios, videos, where we can assign tasks, by state, by municipality, by parish, by street.”

He also emphasized the importance of resulting in contact and organization to consolidate the perfect victory.

• “On election day, that person should receive four calls (...) the redundancy there for permanent contact for mobilization, for the organization, for the vote is perfect, now not for counting.”
• We will continue to add members of the 1X10X7 to ensure the victory of the revolutionary forces; in particular, he stressed that Chavism has plenty of arguments to knock on the door of the people.
• “We have arguments to call on people who are unhappy, to go beyond Chavism, that's why, that's why we now have 13 political organizations or movements that are going to promote the vote.”
• “Let no one walk on their own, let anyone who doesn't know ask. The fastest way to learn is to ask what we are going to do to organize ourselves.”
  

He stressed that the victory of the Bolivarian Revolution must be overwhelming, in order to continue to guarantee the peace of the Fatherland.

• “Don't leave things to chance or to chance, no, no, this must be planned and it's a victory that must be built to be perfect, to be overwhelming, splendid, extraordinary and to guarantee peace.”
  
• No candidate guarantees peace like President Nicolás Maduro does, “he had to face great challenges, the lack of food, medicine, Covid-19 and that is recognized by Chavistas and non-Chavistas”.
• “Something that he has demonstrated in these years of harassment and persecution of imperialism and its international and national allies is that he has given enormous value to living in peace and tranquility (...) and it is guaranteed only by President Nicolás Maduro (...) for those who are Chavista and for those who are not Chavista as well.”
• The revolutionary forces, on July 28, must obtain a historic and splendid victory, “so that those who use as an instrument the record of violence, hatred, guarimba, are dismantled or unable to carry out any kind of action”.
• “The greatest army for peace is this 1x10x7, we have our own mechanisms, we organize ourselves on every street across the country and we will continue to guarantee the country's peace.”
• “We are going to push this ship together, because this ship belongs to all Venezuelans. It does not belong to a sector with a surname, it does not belong to the sector of surnames”.
  

As for the Venezuelan opposition, he stressed that they are setting the stage to sing fraud again, while recalling what the electoral system was like in the Fourth Republic.

• “If the opposition is unable to reach agreement among themselves, they fight, they don't guarantee peace between them, how are they going to guarantee the peace of a country, they are not prepared to face the challenges of a country.”
• “We know them (the opposition), they go through 30 electoral processes and every time they lose they come up with the story that they were scammed and then they come out that they are going to present the evidence and they don't present any evidence, but they say it and that's what comes out to the world.”
• “Change? They shed their skin, but the tricks don't, they're still the same, they're the same as in 2002.”
• “Voting before, in Venezuela, was manual (...) With cheaters like the adecos and the Copeyanos that's not good, they had the scrutiny done, they didn't need the card, they historically made fun of the people, they were an authoritarian cheater”.
• “They are living abroad as magnates with the silver that was stolen here in Venezuela; in the interim, in CITGO, in Monómers, with Venezuelan gold, with the issue of migrants.”
