This Monday, January 07, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, swore in the Revolutionary Forces of the Caracas and Miranda collectives for the defense, security and peace of the Homeland, on the eve of the swearing in of President Nicolás Maduro, on January 10.

During the activity, Cabello emphasized that the revolutionary forces are willing to defend the Homeland against the conspiracies and attacks of the bourgeoisie.

  • “They (the bourgeoisie) hate us, we don't hate them, but we're not going to let ourselves be fucked by them.”
  • “I have to give you grace because every time the Fatherland calls you are there (...) Rest assured that the bourgeoisie is crazy, we are going to give it that stick”
  • The groups are made up of men and women who are willing to defend the Homeland, the Revolution, the Miraflores Palace, Commander Hugo Chávez, President Nicolás Maduro and the People of Venezuela.
  • “Those who have never been to a neighborhood accuse us of violence or of any barbarity. They talk because they don't know how to beat copper in neighborhoods.”
  • The best response to attacks and accusations from the right is that, every day, there is more organization of the country's revolutionary forces.
  • He also recalled that the bourgeoisie has never been interested or concerned about the welfare of the Venezuelan people.
  • “There are some who call it social movements, other fronts, but they are collective, because they are part of the stigmatization and they have never, that bourgeoisie ever sat down at a table to say: Where will that agent come from? Why do they call themselves collectives? Why are they revolutionaries? Because the bourgeoisie has never been interested in how the people live.”
  • The bourgeoisie has never been interested in knowing how people organize themselves in neighborhoods and the struggles they have to fight to achieve “what the people want in that place, from security stability to social, economic stability, companionship and solidarity that exists in the neighborhoods of Caracas”.
  • The right wing has always discredited the country's collectives and fighting movements for the simple fact of being a united component in defense of Venezuelan sovereignty.
  • “The right wing has terrorists, it has hate inside and it generates violence.”
  • “Here in Caracas, every time the government went to those areas (to the neighborhoods) it would suppress the people, it would go into the neighborhoods to repress the people, to look for popular leaders, it was always up to the people to lay down the dead.”

In addition, he warned of the plans of the extreme right to assassinate their own people and to continue to promote destabilizing plans in the country.

  • “Be careful with the calls of the fascist right, they are full of hate and have already murdered their own people.”
  • “Fathers and mothers need to understand that the plan of the right wing is one of violence, to talk to their children, not to let them fall into that trap, not to be deceived.”
  • “Here they (the extreme right) are the violent, the murderers, the fascists, the terrorists, who have the people in distress with psychological warfare on social networks.”
  • While in Pueblo Venezolano they were enjoying their Christmas holidays in peace, tranquility and joy, “ extremists were looking for ways to sow hatred and fear.”

Cabello Rondón also reiterated the warning to former presidents and leaders of the region's extreme right who are trying to enter the country to disrupt the swearing in of President Nicolás Maduro.

  • Those who attempt to enter the country to disturb the swearing in of President Nicolás Maduro will be arrested by the authorities.
  • “I'm going to wait for them and I have some rooms that are wonderful. Are they going to come and invade Venezuela? Is that going to scare us with that? (...) here there are patriotic women and men willing to defend the Homeland and if they set foot in Venezuela they will be arrested and brought to justice”.

They hand over equipment to the security forces of Portuguesa

Accompanied by the Popular Power and regional authorities of the Portuguese state, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, led the delivery of equipment for the entity's security agencies for the defense of peace.

  • “We came to Portuguesa today to deliver an extraordinary crew, there are no more and no less than 55 equipped patrols, ready to contribute to building peace, because peace must be built; 2 personnel vehicles are being delivered for every event and 150 units of motorcycles, plus equipment that is handed over to the police.”
  • “In perfect popular-military-police union, and we went from union to fusion, which is much more powerful, because the union may be that we are here (side by side ), but the fusion is that we are twinned, clung together, from here no one separates us.”
  • The People of Portuguesa have reached the highest levels of organization for the defense of the Homeland.

In addition, Cabello called not to fall into the provocations of imperialism and the bourgeoisie; as well as affirming that these people have never been concerned about this people.

  • They say they are worried about Venezuelans “and they are not worried about Venezuelans, but about the wealth that Venezuelans have.”
  • “Let's not fall into provocations, we are winning this game,” said Cabello and stressed that “they say: 'We are going to take out the interior of the country because they are worried it's about Caracas'; if you want to see if the green cambur stains then try here in Portuguesa”.
  • “Here you will find us together, united as brothers, merged in one heart in the People of Venezuela.”
  • The bourgeoisie has never liked Popular Power, “because they call themselves 'decent people' and the People are not decent for them, in their class hatred, their hatred that leads them to believe that they are superior to the rest, is fascism”.
  • Venezuela is not facing the opposition sector that is going to elections, but rather “enemies of the Homeland, fascists who have consecutively not only called for violence, but who have carried out terrorist acts, have persecuted the people and have believed that by force they can do what they could not do by means of votes.”
  • “we passed the storm of July 29 , they destroyed schools, hospitals, etc... They recorded themselves (...) and they wanted the dead to be President Maduro's fault.”
  • “Some criminal thieves and rascals come to say that they are coming to accompany, that they come, that we are going to wait for them here...”
  • “As long as the Bolivarian Revolution is here, we will remain free, sovereign and independent. If any sector of the fascist right came here to govern the country, forget about Venezuela, we would immediately be robbed of even our homeland.”
  • “If they dare they will find us, we will be here to give them a great defeat!”

He also announced that this Tuesday another group of foreign mercenaries linked to terrorist and destabilization plans against Venezuela was dismantled.

  • “We have just dismantled a very dangerous group of foreign mercenaries, from the United States and Colombia (...) very close to drunks and drunks, to cowards, to those who left.”
  • “This is where the chicken bottle is over.”
  • “Beyond the proven ineptitude of the opposition sectors and I say ineptitude because in these 25, almost 26 years of Revolution, what have they done? Have they achieved anything beyond the harm they do to our people? What political achievement can they say tomorrow: Did we do such a thing?”
  • Every time leaders of the opposing sides emerge, “they all end up stealing, what they give them because they are rascals, thieves, everyone ends up blaming others for their failure”.
  • “They won't be able to do it with the dignity of the Armed Forces. They're like crazy looking for police chiefs, stay with Simonovis to see how far they'll go.”
  • “They are inept and beyond their ineptitude in the face of their threats, which are daily, that they were doing it today, that imperialism threatens us, that from the European Union they speak as if we were a colony, from countries that lead fascists like Argentina they threaten our Homeland, our obligation as a responsible Government, as Revolution is prepare for those scenarios.”
