“We will always be fighting”: Vice President Delcy Rodríguez celebrates Ayacucho's Bicentenary

The
Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, celebrated
this Monday, from Shenzhen, in the People's Republic of China, the Bicentennial of the Battle of Ayacucho, a heroic feat that sealed
the definitive independence of Latin America.
Through a
video released on his Telegram channel, Rodríguez pointed out that “today we
Venezuelans feel profoundly proud,
wherever we are we feel the greatness of the Battle of Ayacucho fought by
our Grand Marshal” Antonio José de Sucre, who “was not even 30 years old when
he commanded the patriotic army of Ayacucho in the highlands of Peru”.
“
We will always be fighting, day by day, for our national independence, for
freedom, for sovereignty, but, above all, for the glory of our Liberation Army
. Long live Venezuela! Long live Ayacucho! Happy Bicentennial of
Ayacucho!” , said the Executive Vice President, stressing that Ayacucho
represents the greatness and glorious destiny of Venezuelan youth.
