Violence is the only plan of the right

The Venezuelan electoral system contains the legal mechanisms to verify data and processes, even for auditing; therefore, it is an irresponsible act for a candidate to shout fraud before the electoral process began, in addition to doing so without presenting evidence or activating legal instruments. The countries that have decided to support this position, without considering or respecting Venezuelan legislation, are the same ones that once accompanied the self-proclaimed Guaidó without any electoral requirements or minutes.

The reactionary international right is trying to create, on social networks, a narrative about electoral fraud in the Venezuelan elections; Elon Musk himself accused President Nicolás Maduro of being a dictator.

The question is: Why do the international right and billionaires “worry” about the electoral situation in our country? The answer is simple: Venezuela is the country with the most oil reserves in the world. And which country is the most interested in owning that oil? Well, we know that it's the United States (USA). In fact, on several occasions, the gringo governments have said that they want to obtain oil from Venezuelans without paying for it, as former President Donald Trump announced in a speech.

This is why the looting rights are interested in the national wealth of the Venezuelan people and that is why people came out to vote and defend what is theirs last Sunday, July 28; giving the victory to Nicolás Maduro with more than 6 million votes according to the figures given by the National Electoral Council (CNE).

Edmundo González, presidential candidate for the Unitary Platform, accused of fraud without presenting any evidence, calling for rebellion with violent activities; as described by the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez: “For the right, elections are nothing more than an opportunity for violence, that is their only government strategy.” In Venezuela, peace, law and the rule of law will prevail. We have done it before and we will do it now.

The Spanish politician Juan Carlos Monedero, who visits the country as an accredited observer by the CNE, explained in an interview that “the opposition is building a distorted narrative of what is happening in Venezuela. All theater and falsehoods prepared before. Bad actors pretending to be murdered. It's all like that.”

He also explained that “the minutes they claim to submit disavow the CNE . By law, 55% are audited. That is the only valid test together with the CNE result. The electoral referee will come out with the minutes, which will be very soon, and many people who have helped, out of clumsiness, naivety or evil, this new coup attempt, will have to shut their mouths and apologize. The Venezuelan right has not stopped trying to get out of the coup since Chávez won the elections in 1998. Always destabilizing with the support of the United States.”

He also added that “in Europe you are not a democrat if you are not an anti-fascist and in Latin America you are not a democrat if you are not anti-imperialist, don't forget the crisis of neoliberalism: the right only likes democracy if they win”.

Venezuela will demonstrate the electoral data with minutes since we have an impregnable system, the problem is that this has never been the plan of the right wing, its plan has always been violent. We are committed to peace, above any other right.
