The U-17 women's national team will face their counterpart from France this Sunday, October 18, on the first day of Group D of the FIFA World Cup Morocco 2026.

The match is scheduled for 2:00 in the afternoon (local time) on court number 4 of the Rabat Women's Football Complex, where the Venezuelan women will seek to score their first three points against a historic power.

In the decisive match for the World Cup ticket, the national squad beat Colombia 1-0, thus securing their direct ticket to African lands.

As part of their preparation for this tournament, the Venezuelan representation won the gold medal undefeated at the South American Games Santa Fe 2026 in September, taking on U20 squads and reaffirming the great competitive level of this group.
