A delegation from the Vietnam Women's Union Movement (VWU) visited several places built by the revolution in Caracas, in order to learn about the experiences, struggles and achievements of Venezuelan women developed through the social policy of the Bolivarian Government, led by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

On the tour, through urban planning “Jorge Rodríguez, father”, the Minister of Popular Power for Women and Gender Equality (MinMujer), Jhoanna Carrillo, mentioned that it was mostly built by women and the name is in honor of the father of the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez,

“That teaches us that it's different when people build their own homes. Commander Hugo Chávez and the experiences of Vietnam and China taught us that,” he stressed.

They also visited the “Fabricio Ojeda” Endogenous Development Center (Nudefo) located in the populous Sucre parish, where the executive spokeswoman of the Fabricio Vive Commune, Milagros Alfonzo, explained that this space serves 50,000 inhabitants who live in four communes. “80% of the women who live in Nudefo star in every social space,” she added.

The vice-president of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU), Nguyen thi Tuyet, and the prominent member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Le thi Thuy, were grateful for knowing both experiences and affirmed that Venezuelan women are very strong, so they expressed words of congratulations.
