Vice President Rodríguez thanked the people for their expressions of support

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, thanked the Venezuelan people for their
expressions of affection and wishes for a speedy recovery, following the incident that occurred last Tuesday in
the state of Sucre.
During a telephone
contact with the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, Rodríguez said: “I want to thank
everyone for their prayers, good messages and good energies, and especially the people of Cumanacoa (Sucre state).”
He also
expressed his satisfaction with the approach of the National Executive with
regard to the care provided to those affected by heavy rains that hit the eastern region as a result of
the hit of hurricane Beryl .
“Nothing is
going to stop us from an incident, an accident is to strengthen us to
move forward and come out with more energy, with more emotion, with more love for Venezuela and
for the people,” he said.
