The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, this Monday, September 23, held a fruitful meeting with representatives of the Landless Rural Workers Movement of Brazil, in order to strengthen domestic production, following instructions from the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

During the meeting held at the headquarters of the Vice Presidency of the Republic, they discussed plans to continue strengthening the peasant movement in Venezuela, as well as setting new goals to build a powerful movement anchored to the Plan of the Seven Transformations, which would open the way to the new era of transition to socialism.

Venezuela, in the midst of a criminal economic blockade, has managed to produce 100% of the food that Venezuelans consume, taking advantage of all the potential that the country has.

The Landless Rural Workers Movement has fought for agrarian reforms, gender equality and respect for the environment, which has made it a symbol of global resistance under the premises of unity and solidarity to transform and build a balanced future for all.
