Vice President Rodríguez called for maintaining the Venezuelan social model through missions

This Thursday, the executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, during the inauguration of the Grand Congress of the Historical Bloc in Caracas, assured that the National Government seeks to guarantee the functioning of social missions.

Rodríguez stressed that, through the Venezuelan social model, greater importance is given to missions that “are there to serve grandparents, grandmothers, the general population and seek equality, justice and social equity.”

“We achieved a State of Peace, a social State of justice, equity, a State built from the very masses of our People... May it be the singing voice of those who raise the flag of democracy, of participation and the definition of their destiny,” said the vice-president.

Likewise, he stressed the need for “a communal State through Bolivarian doctrine, the bourgeois State that we inherited from puntofixism must die; it is now and it is now; and that is why this Congress of the Historical Bloc has a fundamental and urgent and historic task”.

Rodríguez added that it is essential to take into account “destiny in an egalitarian society where the center is human justice where we understand each other as (Simon) Bolivar said.
