Vice President presented to the AN the Bill Against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions

This Tuesday, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, presented the Bill Against Fascism, Neofascism and Similar Expressions to the plenary of the National Assembly (AN).

From the protocol chamber, Rodríguez specified that the project is “a very special mandate of President Nicolás Maduro” and responds to the attacks that Venezuela has received over the past 25 years, in which “ expressions and actions of organizations and parties with a frankly and openly fascist tone have been expressed”.

In this regard, the Vice-President explained that the bill consists of four chapters and 30 articles that develop the general provisions, the measures of protection against fascism and similar expressions and the legal sanctions to be applied.

In addition, he assured that this project is being promoted by President Nicolás Maduro, for the sake of “caring”, “like a good father” for Venezuelans.
