This Thursday, November 07, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and co-president of the Russia-Venezuela High-Level Intergovernmental Commission (CIAN), Dmitri Chernyschenko, stressed that Venezuela and Russia have established two indestructible ties.

Russia is ready to work with Venezuela and we understand the need to protect Venezuelan sovereignty and strengthen support to create an independent, self-sufficient economy and our country is willing to work here and make real the signed agreements that contribute to cooperation between our countries until the year 2030,” he said.

This was emphasized in the Ayacucho Hall of the Miraflores Palace, at the event led by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, on the occasion of the signing of Agreements framed in the Bilateral Meeting of the XVIII Meeting of the High-Level Intergovernmental Commission (CIAN).

“We applaud the fact that the Venezuelan people have chosen to vote for you, by showing their support by electing you as President along a political line that is correct,” he said.

Chernyschenko said that “once again I thank you for your attention and we will be happy when in 2025 we visit Russia and we continue to consolidate energy and cooperation agreements, since our countries have forged ties that cannot be broken.”

He added that Russia and Venezuela are maintaining a constructive dialogue through the CIAN, in energy, commercial, scientific, technological, pharmaceutical, financial and banking matters.
