The Vice President of the Republic and Minister of Popular Petroleum Power, Delcy Rodríguez, led a working meeting with the president of Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), Héctor Obregón, and the president of the Venezuelan State Petrochemical Company (PEQUIVEN), Mauricio Herrera, together with other members of the board of directors, with the objective of reviewing recovery plans in the sectors of the country's oil, gas and petrochemicals.

The information was released by Rodríguez on his account on the social network Telegram, where he noted that “in response to the instructions of the head of state @ NicolasMaduromoros, we held a meeting of the Board of Directors of # PDVSA and the president of # PEQUIVEN, where we discussed the plans to be implemented to continue advancing the recovery of oil, gas and petrochemicals in the country”.

“Thanks to the efforts of the workers and the investments that are coming to the country, Venezuela is making progress in its strategic industry,” he said.
