Vice President Delcy Rodríguez repudiated the increase in Guyana's military spending

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, repudiated the increase in Guyana's military budget, as well as the guerrilla zeal of Guyanese president Irfaan Ali.

This was stated by the Venezuelan official through her official account on the social network X, @delcyrodriguezv, “Venezuela repudiates the warrior zeal of President Irfaan Ali, who stands as the Caribbean Zelenski by threatening the tranquility and peace of our region to venerate his American and Exxon Mobil masters”

In that regard, the Executive Vice President reiterated that “Essequibo is from Venezuela, that's how it will be forever! The Venezuelan sun rises in the Essequibo!” , he ruled.

The Guyanese president announced the decision to increase the defense budget by $202 million, which translates into an increase of 95 million 800 thousand dollars compared to 2023. This amount is the highest seen since that country's independence in 1966.
