Vice President Delcy Rodríguez invites you to enjoy Carnival 2024 responsibly

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of
Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, invited the entire population this Thursday to enjoy the 2024 carnival
festivities “with security and responsibility”.
Along with several national authorities, Rodríguez accompanied the El Valle 2024 Carnival
Caravan, where he urged that “all of Venezuela be
mobilized”, stressing that “Caracas has extraordinary carnivals”.
He recalled that in the 2023 carnivals, the Venezuelan capital
came first in terms of internal mobilization by all the troupes
and the overwhelming color, “but this year all of Venezuela must be like this (...)
a lot of responsibility in this Carnival for the healthy enjoyment of the population.”
