From the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV), during her participation in the debate on the Plan for Recovery and Transformation 7T, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted the strength of the People in the face of imperial aggressions against the country, such as the criminal economic blockade, on the 25th anniversary of the Revolution.

In this regard, he pointed out that “if the criminal blockade has taught us anything, it is to reinvent ourselves and to emerge stronger from the crisis. The criminal blockade has allowed us to overcome rentier dependence on the rentier model and, in a national union, to guarantee productivity in essential areas, such as food,” he said.

“We are today, as a People, more united and stronger for what is coming, and what is coming is a future that we are going to build ourselves because that is what these 25 years of Popular Power have been about, of being with the People together with the People and continuing with the People, that wisdom and direction emanate from the People,” said the Executive Vice President in her speech.
