Vice President Delcy Rodríguez highlights the role of student youth in the construction of the Homeland

The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted this Wednesday the important role of youth and students in building the Homeland.

During his participation in the 10th National Congress of the Venezuelan Federation of Middle Education Students (FEVEEM), Rodríguez pointed out that youth are building the future “with their own hand”, and highlighted the historical reference of the Liberator Simon Bolivar and the young people who accompanied him to achieve independence.

“Education is based on the virtuous pillars of a Republic, as our Liberator Father Simon Bolivar conceived it, education as a virtuous process, the virtue of Venezuelans in a world full of great threats and challenges for young people,” said the vice-president.

In this regard, he pointed out that “we have to take care of our territory and our Venezuela as a space of peace, because in Gaza, thousands and thousands of boys, girls, young people are being murdered, there is our sensitivity to know that in Venezuela we face threats to peace and tranquility and that in other areas of the planet boys and girls are being murdered without any consideration, without a soul, with an absolute disregard for life”, he criticized.
