Venezuelan students raise their voices in solidarity with the People of Palestine

This Tuesday, April 30, middle and university students marched to raise their voices in solidarity with the People of Palestine, who have been besieged by the Zionist government of Israel.

During the mobilization that took place in Caracas, the president of the Great Venezuela Youth Mission, Genesis Garvett, stressed that the Bolivarian spirit of young people will always be in favor of the sovereignty of peoples.

“Today, the loving and noble young people of the people of Venezuela tell Palestine that it is not alone and that we demand a ceasefire in Gaza, the extermination they want to carry out against the people of Palestine, we do not show solidarity as Commander (Hugo) Chávez did and as President Nicolás Maduro has done,” he said.

At the same time, he stressed that this great mobilization is also to support all the actions of the Venezuelan State in solidarity with Palestine and against the interests of the elites that govern the world.

For his part, the Palestinian ambassador to Venezuela, Fadi Alzaben, stressed that it is an honor and a pride that today Venezuelan youth have taken to the streets to show solidarity with Palestine.

“We as Palestinians appreciate all the support and all the solidarity of the Bolivarian Government of Venezuela and the Youth of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela,” he said.

He also took the opportunity to send a hug to President Nicolás Maduro and the first vice-president of the PSUV Diosdado Cabello. “Long live the brotherhood between peoples!” , highlighted.
