Venezuelan High-Level Communication Delegation Arrives in Beijing

The Venezuelan High-Level Communication delegation headed by the sector vice president of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, arrived this Wednesday at Beijing International Airport, China, with the purpose of holding a meeting with representatives of the media and the Chinese government.

“Today I arrived in Beijing, China, accompanied by a high-level delegation where we will hold a series of communication meetings with representatives of the media and the Chinese government,” Ñáñez wrote on his Telegram channel, in which he shared images of his arrival.

The delegation also composed of the Deputy Minister of Communication and Information, Johannyl Rodríguez, and the president of TeleSUR, Patricia Villegas, were received by the Consul General of Venezuela in Shanghai, Atilio Villasmil, a representative of the Xinhua News Agency and the minister-advisor to the Venezuelan ambassador, Rubén Darío Molina.

The delegation will be in Chinese territory until October 20 and then leave for Russia to participate in the BRICS Forum, one of the most anticipated events this year. The BRICS Forum will be held on October 22 and 24 in the Russian city of Kazan, where the rules that will guide the expansion of the group will be decided.
