Venezuelan forward José Materán scored 11 points in his team Pato's victory over Botafogo 97-86 in the Brazilian Basketball Championship.
According to the specialized sports press, in just 18 minutes of action, the Venezuelan made three three-pointers ( out of 6 attempts) and the only two free throws he threw; in addition to capturing a rebound. So far, in 23 games, Larense averaged 26.5 minutes, 8.8 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game. But in his best performance in Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), he recorded 23 points, 8 boards and 3 qualifications, on October 31, 2023.
