Ambassador Ramón Gordils presented this Monday the Style Copies of the letters that accredit him as the new diplomatic representative of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Arab Republic of Egypt, at the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry of the North African country.
The reception was given by the director general of the Foreign Ministry's Protocol, Ambassador Ihab Soliman, who welcomed the Venezuelan diplomat, whose arrival gives continuity and a new impetus to the fraternal bilateral relationship, which in November will celebrate 76 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1950.
Gordils comes from serving as ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway, concurrent to Iceland, and previously served as Deputy Minister for Economic Cooperation in the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry, where he has served for more than two decades.
