Venezuela thanks Iran for its extraordinary response at this time of emergency

The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, on behalf of the Bolivarian Government, the Venezuelan People and the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, expressed the sincerest thanks to the President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, to Foreign Minister Syed Abbas Araghchi, and to the Iranian chargé d'affaires in Venezuela, Sirous Karimi, “for his extraordinary response to our nation at this time of emergency”.
This was stated by Gil in his account on the social network Telegram, in which he emphasized: “Strength and unity! This is the powerful message of solidarity sent to us by the sister Islamic Republic of Iran.”
He stressed that the message of support is being sent “along with tons of humanitarian aid ready to be distributed to those who have been affected by the tragedy of June 24.”
“We are talking about 160 tons of products, it's quite a considerable help. Of those 160 tons, 40 are tons of food, and they even come in packages to be distributed directly,” he said.
