The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, through an official statement, published by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, “repudiates the angry decision of an instance of the discredited Argentine judiciary, against President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the Minister of Popular Power for the Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, which is nothing more than a crude retaliatory reaction, instructed by Javier Milei, based on the current Lawfare international, which seeks to undermine the sovereignty of countries and delegitimize constitutional, democratic and popular processes”.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela repudiates the irritating decision of an instance of the discredited Argentine judiciary, against President Nicolás Maduro Moros and the Minister of People's Power for the Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, which is nothing more than a crude retaliatory reaction, instructed by Mr. Javier Milei, based on the international trend of “Lawfare”, which seeks to undermine the sovereignty of countries and delegitimize constitutional, democratic and popular processes. This decision has no basis for competence and violates the jurisdiction of states and the immunities and privileges enjoyed by presidents and senior officials.
This
ridiculous decision seeks to underpin the progressive destruction of the International Rule of
Law, seeking to subrogate the competencies of multilateral
organizations, diminishing their role, seriously affecting the entire international system.
The shameless simulacrum of decision emanating from the Federal Chamber constitutes an affront to the tradition of great jurists in the Argentine Nation, exposing their memory to the mockery of the international legal community and giving the final blow to their rule of law, as Javier Milei has frantically sworn to consummate on recurring occasions.
