The Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, held a meeting with the Vice President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangu, regarding his official visit to the African nation.

Through his Telegram channel, the Venezuelan Foreign Minister indicated that “we have had the honor of transmitting President Nicolás Maduro's Bolivarian greetings and reiterating our firm commitment to strengthening bilateral relations, with the objective of promoting cooperation that benefits both nations.”

Gil arrived in Malabo this Monday to participate in the Second Joint Commission between Venezuela and Equatorial Guinea, with the objective of exchanging points of view of common interest and diversifying cooperation in sectors of common interest.
