Venezuela is participating in the World Travel Expo (WTE) Miami 2026, an international business meeting in the tourism sector, with an agenda aimed at promoting national destinations, strengthening international connectivity and attracting investment for the development of this economic activity.

The delegation is led by the Deputy Minister of International Tourism, Marcos Medina, representing the Minister of Tourism, Daniella Cabello.

During the conference, advertising agreements were concluded with North American platforms and approaches were established to develop training programs under international standards.

In addition, the Venezuelan representation held talks about public and commercial investment opportunities in the tourism sector, which could be channeled through the country's diplomatic mission in Washington.

As part of the agenda, a destination presentation was held aimed at professionals and investors to present national attractions and promote the commercialization of tourist packages through the state network Venetur.

The participation also includes B2B business rounds, in which the delegation establishes contacts with tour operators, international agencies and digital content creators to expand the promotion of Venezuela in foreign markets.
