The Ambassador Permanent Representative of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, denounced the Zionist regime of Israel before the Security Council of the multilateral body for the massacre in the city of Khan Younis and for “the use of Artificial Intelligence to murder innocent civilians in Gaza”.

“The hospital was attacked by the Israeli occupying forces in early April, which reduced the hospital complex to a pile of ruins. This war crime is the latest in a growing list, which overwhelms the ability to process the horror that is happening in Gaza,” the Venezuelan diplomat criticized.

He noted that the Israeli government “does not want the world to be informed of the Khan Younis massacre, and is carrying out a denial propaganda operation while increasing atrocities (...) convinced that it can de-sensitize world public opinion.”

Moncada recalled that over the past few months “we have seen with total impunity, how Israel has murdered more than 34,000 Palestinians,” so the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela urges us to stop these atrocities.
