Venezuela congratulates Trump on electoral victory and ratifies willingness to dialogue with the US

Through a statement, released by Foreign Minister Yván Gil on his Telegram channel, this Wednesday the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela congratulated Donald Trump after his victory in the presidential elections held on November 5 in the United States (USA).

In the document, the Bolivarian Government ratified its willingness to dialogue with the North American country. “Venezuela will always be willing to establish good relations with U.S. governments, framed in a spirit of dialogue, respect and wisdom,” he says.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela congratulates the people of the United States of America for the presidential elections held on November 5, 2024, and President-Elect Donald J. Trump for his victory in that process.

Venezuela will always be willing to establish good relations with U.S. governments, framed in a spirit of dialogue, respect and wisdom.

Recognition of the sovereignty and self-determination of peoples is fundamental for the construction of a new world, where balance between free nations prevails.

The people of Venezuela share historic ties with the people of the United States, with whom we aspire to walk a path of peace and social justice, where there is no place for war, exclusion, discrimination, and where cooperation and mutual respect between nations are the standard of international relations.

In the spirit of Liberator Simon Bolivar, Venezuela ratifies its diplomacy of peace and dialogue.
