Venezuela categorically rejects theft of EMTRASUR aircraft

Venezuela categorically rejected the theft of the Boeing 747-300 aircraft, acronym YV 3531, belonging to the Southern Air Freight Transport Company, an illegal action that was consummated this Monday, February 12, by the governments of the United States of North America and the Republic of Argentina.

The statement issued this Monday by Foreign Minister Yván Gil, through the social network X, denounces the violation of “all the regulations that regulate civil aeronautics, as well as the commercial, civil and political rights that assist the said company, putting aeronautical safety in the region at risk”

The EMTRASUR aircraft would have been taken out of Argentina and would have passed, during its journey, through the airspace of Chile, Peru and Colombia. In the latter, I would have turned off the transponder and turned it back on when the plane was flying over Haiti. The ship would have dodged Cuba, bordered the Bahamas and continued its route to North America.
