The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, held a meeting this Tuesday with the president of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA), Serkan Kayalar, with the objective of concluding agreements in the field of education, agriculture and health.

During the meeting, held in Ankara, within the framework of the IV Venezuela-Türkiye Joint Commission, the Venezuelan Foreign Minister stated that both parties work hand in hand to “establish projects” of common development in the context of Bolivarian Diplomacy of Peace.

The IV Venezuela-Türkiye Joint Commission will culminate this Wednesday with the signing of the Final Declaration of the Foreign Ministers and the cooperation instruments agreed at the technical working tables set up this Tuesday.

Specifically, Ankara and Caracas discuss proposals during the day in the areas of agriculture, fishing and livestock; science and technology; culture; sports; education; energy; transport and infrastructure; and tourism.
