At the headquarters of the International Center for Productive Investment (CIIP) located in Caracas, a meeting was held between representatives of Nigeria and Venezuela, in order to address issues that would strengthen economic, tourist and environmental cooperation between the two nations. In addition, they highlighted the enormous potential for commercial exchange between the first economy in Africa and a member of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), with the Venezuelan nation.

The meeting was chaired by the president of the International Center for Productive Investment (CIIP), Alex Saab, and the Chargé d'Affaires of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Adebowale Johnson Badewole, who gave an account of the various sectors of the country with opportunities to invest.

“Today we received the Chargé d'Affaires of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, a fruitful meeting that will strengthen trade relations between our nations. We are still moving forward,” Saab said.
