Venezuela and Colombia install Binational Neighborhood and Integration Commission

This Thursday, the Binational Commission for Colombian-Venezuelan Neighborhood and Integration was installed as a mechanism that strengthens bilateral collaboration between our countries

The information was released by the Deputy Minister for Latin America, Rander Peña, through a post on his Telegram channel, in which he specified that “this meeting will allow us to continue moving forward on the path of cooperation and complementation in different areas of interest to both nations.”

Peña took the opportunity to thank the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Colombia, Jorge Rojas Rodríguez, “for this excellent initiative that brings us closer together as sister peoples and allows us to advance technical cooperation in consular, educational, cultural, electrical, energy and phytosanitary matters, among others; and the Governor of the Department of Norte de Santander, William Villamizar, for his hospitality and excellent hosting'.
