The ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela accredited to Belarus, Franklin Ramírez, met this Wednesday in Minsk with the president of the Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship of the European country, Andrei Kopytok, to define mechanisms that promote the exchange of goods, services, technology and the development of the tourism sector.
The agreements include the organization of business forums, B2B business meetings and the exchange of delegations, initiatives with which it is planned to create platforms that provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with access to new markets with preferential conditions.
The Venezuelan diplomat said that “strategic areas such as agro-export, joint manufacturing and technological innovation” will be prioritized, while Kopytok emphasized the importance of knowledge exchange between entrepreneurs and requested support to link private companies from both nations.
The representatives of the two countries reaffirmed their interest in mitigating the impact of unilateral coercive measures through economic alliances.
