Venezuela and Argentina tie in the quadrangular final of the under-23 Olympic qualifying

Argentina and Venezuela staged a great match for the Final Phase of the U23 Olympic Qualifying Championship, in which Vinotinto took the lead on the scoreboard, but the visitors tied and managed to go up on the scoreboard in the second half, however, the locals scored the final 2-2 in extra time.

 

Venezuela was close with Kevin Kelsy, but Argentine goalkeeper Leandro Brey drowned out the goal scream of the audience, although in the next play Thiago Almada won 2-1, the Venezuelan had his moment of glory before the final whistle from 12 steps.

Argentina and Venezuela will have to assert this tie against Paraguay and Brazil, respectively considering that the Guarani surprised Cariocas this Monday.
