UPV and ORA parties nominated Nicolás Maduro as their standard-bearer for 28-J

The political parties Unidad Popular Venezolana (UPV) and the Authentic Renewal Organization (ORA) put Nicolás Maduro before the National Electoral Council as their standard bearer for the presidential elections.

In this regard, the president of UPV, Henry Hernández, assured that the decision of this political tent to accompany the candidacy for re-election of the Head of State is motivated by the great love for the country that he expresses.

“We are aware that in political leadership, due to its high commitment, solidarity and love for the country, it is good thanks to the leadership of our president Nicolás Maduro,” he said.

Hernández also called on the Venezuelan people to have faith in the CNE because, in his opinion, the institutions offer the necessary guarantees to have transparent elections.

With this nomination, Maduro becomes the candidate that has the support of the most political organizations.
