The United Mexican Civic Association rejected this Sunday the illegal measures that the United States (USA) applied against Venezuelan migrants, especially deportation to concentration camps in El Salvador.

According to the publication of the statement through the web portal, the social movement extended its message to Venezuela, the American nation and the global community in general.

Here is the full statement:

To the people and the government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

To the people of the United States of America

To the peoples of the world

From Mexico, we repudiate the infamous measures adopted by the United States government against the migrant population, in general and Venezuelan in particular. Our brothers do not leave their places of origin for adventure or pleasure. They are displaced by violence, physical, economic and political violence, exercised in the first instance by metropolises that plunder the natural resources of our countries and impose puppet governments and a system of permanent violence under the cover of drug trafficking, from which the metropolises themselves, especially the American stock market system, also benefit mainly.

Violating human rights and international law, the Donald Trump administration treats workers in our territories as criminals in the worst possible way who seek to escape this violence and rebuild their lives with the permanent weight of nostalgia and the abandonment of their own, of their own.

It is striking that Venezuelan migration, which was driven precisely, more than by other factors, by Trump's multifactorial aggressions against the Bolivarian nation during his previous term of office, is today so viciously persecuted. They provoked their departure from Venezuela to cause a political crisis, but they failed. And now they are being vicious at those whom they deceived and used without any ethics. These workers, artificially driven to extreme poverty based on illegal sanctions and driven to leave their country, are today accused of terrorism, organized crime and of being enemies of the nation, precisely of the nation that incubates the true seed of terrorism and exports it to all continents.

We reject with all our strength the intentions to prosecute minors, who must receive special care in accordance with all legal norms.

Are they looking for criminals, terrorists, members of organized crime? Well, they're looking in the wrong place. Go better for Juan Guaidó, Leopoldo López, Corina Machado, Julio Borges, and other stateless persons who have served you and have promoted all kinds of crimes.

We consider these measures against Venezuelan migrant workers as a new tactic within the multidimensional war that the decadent hegemon is uselessly waging against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. And like all the others, they will also fail in their attempt to harm the Bolivarian Revolution.

Last but not least, we note the complicity of the dictator Bukele, who sees in this human tragedy a new business for his personal enrichment. We call for the solidarity of our peoples with Venezuela and its process and, in an urgent and decisive way, with the migrants affected by these arbitrary measures.

We are very clear that our migrant brothers are not imprisoned for crimes, they are hostages of the genocidal empire.

Enough of the aggressions against Venezuela!

Venezuela is respected!

Free all political prisoners!

Migrating is a right!
