In this regard, through the social network X, UNRWA spoke out on the matter:

“We cannot deliver humanitarian aid under fire. Safe and sustainable humanitarian access is urgently needed everywhere, including northern Gaza,” he said.

For his part, the head of UNRWA, Thomas White, indicated that “fortunately, no one was injured” in the bombing”.

According to what was published on the RT web portal, 16 countries suspended funding to UNRWA. That is why the agency's commissioner general, Philippe Lazzarini, stated that “these decisions threaten our current humanitarian work in the region, especially including the Gaza Strip.”
