UCV Volunteering Activates Collection Center for Earthquake Victims

The community of the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) activated a center for the collection and classification of medical material and essential supplies.
The initiative, managed in the facilities of the Tropical Medicine section of the Faculty of Medicine, seeks to collect supplies that will be donated to the victims of the double earthquake of last June 24.
The work is carried out under strict health and inventory protocols, ensuring that each physical donation is registered, evaluated according to its due date and accurately categorized before distribution to peripheral health centers and disaster areas, according to the national press.
