TRUJILLO - VALERA/Nicolás Maduro: Venezuela is experiencing a new renaissance of hope!

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Tuesday, June 4, said that the whole world should hear that the people of Venezuela are experiencing a new rebirth of revolutionary hope.

“We are experiencing a new awakening of the Venezuelan Homeland,” he emphasized.

This was stated in Valera, in the state of Trujillo, where he led a day of delivery of works to the Trujillo entity and pointed out that along the way “I embraced thousands of compatriots”.

“I want to thank the people of Trujillo for their welcome, even though I arrived as always by surprise,” he said.

He recalled that “the united People will never be defeated”.

The head of state stressed that Trujillo has been the birthplace of many valuable men and women and mentioned a group of well-known personalities from Trujillo, “born a lot of good people”.

In that regard, he announced that Cristóbal Mendoza will be transferred to the National Pantheon in Caracas, who was the first president of Venezuela after the declaration of independence from the Spanish empire.

“I have that debt to you and to myself and I'm going to pay it this month, on June 23, my birthday, we're going to take it to the National Pantheon,” he said.
