A group of workers from the company TRANSMIRANDA initiated the pilot plan for the tourist coffee route in the municipality of El Hatillo, an initiative that emerged in the Altos Mirandinos axis aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, tourism and coffee activity, in addition to generating income for both the company and the entrepreneurs involved.

According to information published by the Ministry of People's Power for Communication and Information, the tour focuses on the Savignano Café cafeteria, an establishment founded in 2015 that is ranked 39th in the ranking of South America's 100 Best Coffee Shops 2026. During the visit, participants can observe closely the operation of the toaster machine and the joint work of producers, roasters and baristas.

Along the itinerary, attendees gain knowledge about the characteristics and attributes of grains from different regions of the country, including Finca Los Alpes de Boconó in Trujillo state, Finca La Esperanza in Mérida, Fundo El Trapiche in Miranda, and Hacienda Carabobo and Las Planadas in Caracas and El Ávila, together with crops from Carayaca and Aragua.

The service is scheduled to operate on weekends with departures at 8:00 a.m. from the Alí Primera station of the Los Teques Metro.
