After being deported from the United States (USA), where he lived and was part of a campaign against Venezuelan migrants, the Zuliano tiktoker Nelson Soto was arrested.

Whoever called himself the “father” of Official Law, recently arrived in Venezuela on a flight of the Plan Back to the Homeland, promoted by the Bolivarian Government since 2018 and activated with the United States this year.

According to the authorities, Soto would face the same charges as Leíto - also arrested in Venezuela -, including the crime of hate speech.

At the end of 2023, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, appointed Prosecutor 61 to investigate the influencer for his alleged responsibility in the crime of hate speech and discrimination against Venezuelans abroad.
