This Saturday, January 25, in the 21 municipalities of the state of Anzoátegui, the training plan will begin for 1,064 communal judges and justices of the peace, who were elected on December 15.
The state's chief judge , Reinaldo Centeno, reported that the process is exclusive to the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), led by the National School of the Judiciary, which is the higher education institution of popular power. The training program is carried out as established in article 20 of the Organic Law of Community Justice and Peace, and will last for five weeks.
According to regional press reports, Centeno explained that the classes will be held online, between 8 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, in the training environments of each communal circuit, and for each municipality there are two or three facilitators. He specified that only principal and alternate justices of the peace participate in this training cycle, who were winners and who are accredited by the National Electoral Council (CNE).
Once the five weeks of training are over, the accreditation process comes, after completing the training module, which is also exclusive to the judiciary.
