The Hydrological Department of the Capital Region (HIDROCAPITAL) reported that starting at 6:00pm this Tuesday, May 28, corrective and preventive maintenance work will begin on the Taguaza system.

In this regard, he explained that these rehabilitations are aimed at improving supply in the municipalities of Acevedo, Plaza and Zamora in the state of Miranda.

“During this scheduled shutdown, which will last 48 hours, the working class of HIDROCAPITAL and an important body of engineers will carry out the installation of a new 900 HP engine with its vertical pump, repair of faults, replacement of suction cups and electromechanical maintenance on simultaneous work fronts, with the support of the organized People's Power,” said the institution.

He added that through the social network X, the population will be making progress in the work.
