The national youth field hockey team will seek their first victory as they face Barbados in qualifying for the 2025 Junior Pan American Games.

The competition that takes place in Barbados, the Venezuelan team fell by the minimum in its first participation against the Brazilian national team.

The Venezuelan team, after facing Barbados, will have three more matches, against Guyana (11/03), Trinidad and Tobago (13/03) and Guatemala (15/03) in the competition that will end on March 16, according to a press release from the Ministry of Sports.

This selection, after seven years of absence, is made up of a total of 15 players and those chosen by the coaching staff headed by Professor Robert Granado are:
