The candidate for the Governor of the state, Lara G/B, Luis Reyes Reyes, stressed that his Government Plan is based on the 7 transformations (7T) with the communal plan of the entity's 354 communal circuits.

“The popular power tells me its requirements and I am writing down and making my agenda. I'm taking the communities' report, on what their priorities are,” said the candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar from a rally in the Iribarren municipality.

Reyes Reyes stressed that despite the limitations, the Venezuelan people will succeed. “I have faith; and in this visit I make to the sectors, I convey to people that things are going to improve in the country, because that's what I feel,” he said.
